Orders And Confirmation
Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of SkipnGirl Productions Pty Ltd (SGP). Orders are not accepted by SGP until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order. Please ensure that you provide us with your correct contact details when placing orders.
Prices And Payment
The prices and products advertised on this site are for sale in Australia only. The prices shown on this website include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). The delivery price for goods will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases, where parcels exceed our regular carrier’s weight or dimension limits, we will contact you within two (2) working days to provide you with a freight quotation. Until you accept this quotation, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
Through our secure online payment gateway we accept VISA and Mastercard via PayPal as well as EFT directly into our bank account. Additional processing time is required for Direct Deposit as goods can only be shiped after payment is received into our account.
Availability And Delivery
The majority of products offered for sale on our website are in stock and available to ship to the customer within 2 days of receipt of order and payment. Please note that certain products may need to be ordered
from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. If this is the case, every effort will be made to source the product in a timely way and to provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from SGP. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will
notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, SGP provides no separate warranty.
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, SGP does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or
errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ for the picture shown. Products represented on this site are not always in stock. All item descriptions, images, product logos, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be nothing short of delighted with your purchase! But please choose carefully as we do not automatically give refunds for simply changing your mind.
You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if your purchase is:
2. Significantly different to what was shown or described to you or
3. Not doing what it was supposed to do.
In all other circumstances returns will only be permitted at SGP discretion and a 20% re-stocking fee plus
return freight charges apply.
If you feel the need to return an item, you must contact us within 10 days from the original shipping date by emailing email@example.com and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number.
Returned goods must be in exactly the same condition as they were when you received them, including original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and no sign of wear or abuse. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
CDs, DVDs or special orders are not covered by this return policy. Nor does it apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
The laws of the State of Victoria apply.
